I've had the pleasure of completing several projects in this beautiful home over the years.

Powder room/dressing room merged

Even in a large home, one finds ways to eliminate obstacles to create a more useful space. Here we have a wall between a powder room & dressing room.

Previous, incredibly high ceiling was lowered and any necessary utilities were moved. New ceiling created, lighting installed, doors and trim added.

Showing added framed walls on other side. New electrical run, installed woodwork and created a built in counter top of stained pine.

Finished!!!
